Who we are
ITAI is a service of ITAI, LLC. You can reach us at support@itaibot.io for help with the service, billing@itaibot.io for charges and refunds, and legal@itaibot.io for these terms.
What ITAI is
ITAI is a hosted service for IT staff and managed service providers (MSPs). A small service installed on your Windows PCs and servers runs read-only commands to diagnose a problem, and ITAI proposes a fix. Nothing on a PC is changed until a person in your organization approves the exact commands. The Security page describes the protections and their current limits.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are listed on our pricing section. How we bill, and what happens when you cancel, is on Refunds and cancellation.
